Personality:
Manipulative, intelligent, conniving, wealthy. All the ingredients for a girl who has to get what she wants, and has the means to do it. Kaycee looks upon most of her 'friends' as associates. As long as she feels she can get something from them, then she is happy to have them around. Those that she permits in her inner circle are really the only people that she has any trust in.
She is the embodiment of don't get mad get even. Rarely foolish enough to react on emotion she keeps her head about her, and then when the perfect opportunity arises she will make her move. Usually smart enough to not become a pawn in somebody else's game, Kaycee is happy to let another person think they have gotten one up on her but will pounce when they least expect it.
She's not the type to pick on somebody just because they are deemed as unpopular. Kaycee will only bite if you try to cross her, or dare to say something she may not like. She has little patience for anybody who sulks or whines, and will have no problem telling them to 'snap out of it or else'. Some people have taken it upon themselves to try and get smart with Kaycee without even knowing her. This is when you will see the similarities between her and her brother as Kaycee has a quick mind and sharp tongue that can and will put somebody back in their place.
Kaycee will not argue a point unless she knows that she is right, and she has this way of twisting things around so that she wins, and people don’t even seem to realize that she has done it.
Though she may not go out of her way to pick on people, she won't go out of her way to befriend them either. People have often tried to move into her inner circle and Kaycee, though polite has been known to tell her friends that she doesn't have time for others in her life. She has all that she needs and unless she can see that you possess qualities she deems to be useful, why would she want to have anything to do with you?

Kaycee is a very sweet, likable person, and she tends to make friends easily. She's open, and not shy about it at all. She's a good listener, and she's understanding. Kaycee has a good sense of humor, and loves to laugh. She is a drama queen and a bitch.
I don't see her having a lot of enemies, but everybody's got 'em. Kaycee's not always peaches and cream, she can be rude. So maybe she's offended a few people? Also, anyone who thinks she's a goody two-shoes wouldn't like her either. If you have any other ideas, just let me know.
Her Father is the heir of the Waldorf fortune,he owns hotel chains and luxurious resorts around the world.Her Mother is a famous fashion designer and actress.
Kaycee loves company of trust fund boys.It makes her world so much better.
