so so this is the interview application application. explain your character through a series of conventional and unconventional questions.
BASICS
what is your full name? nicknames? age? birthday?: My full name is Mason Alexander Brooks. You can just all me Mas. Everyone else does. I am eighteen and my birthday is on March nineteenth. Sorry you already missed it.
are you a brookwell high school student or a university student? oh, oops, are you a local or a teacher? if you are a teacher or a local, what is your job?: I am a Brookwell high school senior waiting for the day of graduation. That's if I get the grades.
how boring. let's get into the juice stuff, are you taken? married? in love? or are you single and free? and are you happy with your relationship status?: I am not taken. Someone who just moved here doesn't jump into a relationship. I don't care for them anyways. I'm in it for the fun. The more girls the better.
where were you born? are you an american citizen or do you have citizenship in other countries as well? and what is your background, like your family background?: Look at me...I'm white and I have no accent. Of course I'm American and proud to be one. The rest of my family is just as American as I am. Sorry, no exciting information about my families heritage.
whats a typical day like for you? like, take us through your morning routine? do you even eat breakfast, you know it's the most important meal of the day, right?I feel like you are trying to stalk me. I hope I don't see someone peeking threw my window while I'm showering. That's always the first thing I do. It wakes me up and usually soothes my hangover if I have one. Then I eat. Protein efficient breakfast. Eggs, toast, and protein shake. I have to keep a healthy diet for the amount of activity I do. Then I go school. Most of the time I sleep threw my classes, unless a teacher is on my ass about grades. Then football practice until coach lets us out. Hit the gym for another hour or so, then home to get sleep. That is the gist of my normal day. Exciting huh?

POINT OF VIEW
what is your opinion on love?: I think it's overrated. Especially for people my age. What happened to living out the youth ages? I'm all for sexual acts. We are humans and its out nature but love isn't for me. Besides, it's just a distraction from other priorities. I don't need to be tied down at eighteen nor do I want to.
what is your opinion on family?: Family comes first. I have always been close to my family. More so my mother, especially after my brother and I. My father thinks its my fault so he kind of hates me but they did raised me and I'm not easy to handle. So my parents deserve the best.
what is your opinion on soul mates?: Just as overrated as love. I don't think anyone can find their soul mate at my age. It's annoying to see girls around my school clinging to their whipped boys and believe they will actually last after graduation. Maybe when I'm older. Like after college and once I have a career but right now its all about fun.
what is your opinion on violence?: It's part our natural instincts. Animals get to teach lessons threw violence, why can't we. I think its necessary to put people in their place. Some just don't know when they cross over the line and I'm not afraid to be there to place them right back over it. I tend to get the most violent during football or while I'm drunk. And I have a bad temper so if you get on my nerves, don't expect me to be nice.
what is your opinion on truth; does it even exist?: The truth exist but I don't people go along with it. What people don't know wont hurt them.
LOVE LIFE
what was your last relationship?: The last relationship I have was when I was sixteen and it didn't work. I guess she didn't like my attitude. She said I didn't take the relationship seriously. Oh well. That was like, two months of my life. Haven't had a 'labeled' relationship since.
who was the last person in your bed?: Haha. I don't remember her name. I'm not even sure if she lives in this town. I think she was visiting my friend. She was like his cousin or something.
who was your first kiss?: I think I kissed some girl on the playground in kindergarden. I guess I started at a young age. What can I say? The ladies love me.
who was your first love?: I've never had a love. Like I said before, I don't believe in it and I don't care for it.
what's your biggest turn on? turn off? A girl that likes to take control. I don't like that 'play hard to get' crap. It's to confusing. If I can't tell you are interested right off the bat then I will move on. Your best bet is to come straight up to me and pull me aside. I know what to do from there.
what exactly is your "type"? what do you look for in the opposite..or the same sex? are you heterosexual or homosexual?
I am very much straight and I prefer not to have the homosexual stuff around me. If that's what you are into, then great but don't get me involved. But my type of girl would have to be confident. Like she knows shes the baddest chick in the room. A girl that knowns what she wants and doesn't take no for an answer. That personality alone makes a girl hot.
FAMILY

how close are you to your family?: Mainly my mother. I guess you could say I'm a momma's boy. My brother Caleb was the son who my father favored.
who are you closest to in your family?: I was extremely close to my twin brother Caleb. He was my best friend despite being opposites. I admit, I'm the trouble maker and Caleb was the goody one but we did have football in common. Which is why, even though he is no longer alive, I still play. Now I am mainly close with my mother.
who can't you stand in your family? it's okay, we won't tell anyone: My father. He's that driven father who wants everyone to be perfect. That is what he saw in Caleb and not me. He definitely hadn't been shy about blaming Caleb's death on me either. I really can't stand him but I don't pick fights for my mother's sake.
what is your relationship like with your mother? father?: I pretty much just explained that. I don't think I need to repeat myself. Although, I will add, that my mother and I were so close because she always saved my from all the bullying my father did. I get my fight from my mother. I may not be the best with relationship but when I am close with someone, especially my buddies, I am extremely protective over them.
how old were your parents when they met? how old was your mother when she had you? To be honest, I have no idea when my parents met. I think they ran into each other a coffee shop, both in a rush to their jobs. They did take a moment to exchange numbers and have been together since. I think its their dedication to school and work that makes them work. My mother was thirty-two when she had me and my twin brother Caleb. And we were the only kids for them.
THIS OR THAT
fight or flight?: Fight of course. I never back down.
milk or soda?: Milk, since I'm on a strict diet anyways. Plus it goes with any meal.
cat or dog?: Dog. Cats are annoying. I do have a two year old Siberian husky named Chaos.
library or club?: Club. That's where all the fun is at night and on the weekends.

LAST..

text message, from who: From my buddy Bryce who asked if I wanted to skip out on last period to get some food.
fully played song on your ipod: Stronger - Kanye West
food that you ate: Panda Express, which is what Bryce and I went to eat.
person you hugged? kissed?: My mother for both.
movie that you watched: The Happening. It was trippy and confusing at times.
person that you said i love you to: My mother. She is the only person I say that to.
illegal thing that you did: Drink. At least its illegal for my age but I don't care.
significant change in your life: Is it suppose to be good or bad. Cause the last big change in my life was my brother's death and that was no where near great.
SELF
tell us something that you want to change about yourself? My football skills? I mean I could always do better in that. I could be gaining more muscle too.
everyone has a big achievement, what's yours? what's your biggest regret? My biggest achievement is probably being alive right now because I could have easily been in the same car as my brother when he did. And my biggest regret is asking Caleb to pick me up from the party.
did you see yourself having this kind of life five years ago? where do you think you will be in five or even ten years from now? In five years, I will definitely be the same Mason. Partying and getting by. That is my life and I am ok with that. Ten years, I expect myself to have a career but no one knows that will happen. I don't live for tomorrow. I live for today.
anything else that you feel we should know about you? any dirty little secrets? You could be my dirty secret.
